Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-10-29

This is a translation. In case of doubt, the Polish version prevails.

1. Who we are

The Skratchorama online shop (skratchorama.com) and the Skratchorama Cuttin' School online course are run by DAMIAN CHMIELEWSKI. SKRATCHORAMA. OSMIO WATER POLSKA., ul. Władysława Pytlasińskiego 16 lok. 13, 00-777 Warszawa, NIP 9562144950, REGON 381187078, registered in CEIDG (Poland).

Contact: info@skratchorama.com, phone +48 535 023 909. Postal and returns address: Skratchorama, ul. Zdrojowa 29c/5, 87-720 Ciechocinek, Polska.

2. What we sell

  • vinyl records (including scratch records), DJ equipment and accessories, and Skratchorama clothing;
  • digital products (downloadable files) where marked as digital;
  • access to the online video course and recording review packs (see section 10).

All you need is an up-to-date web browser and an email address. You don't need an account to shop; you do need one for the online course.

3. Orders and the contract

  1. Add products to the cart, enter your contact details and address, choose delivery and payment.
  2. Before ordering you see the total price including delivery. Clicking “Place order and pay” is an order with an obligation to pay.
  3. The contract is concluded when we email you the order confirmation, which contains the order details and a link to these terms.
  4. We may cancel orders that remain unpaid for 7 days. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we will let you know and refund your payment in full within 14 days.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Polish złoty (PLN) and are final prices including all taxes. Delivery costs are shown separately before you place the order. Your bank or PayPal may convert the amount into your currency.

You can pay:

  • via Tpay (Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A.) — BLIK, Polish bank transfers, payment cards;
  • via PayPal (including cards);
  • cash on delivery — for courier delivery within Poland.

We never see or store your card details — the payment provider handles them.

5. Delivery

  • InPost parcel locker (Poland) — PLN 17.00;
  • courier (Poland) — PLN 17.00;
  • courier, cash on delivery (Poland) — PLN 19.00;
  • international shipping — calculated at checkout based on country and parcel weight.

We ship within 2 business days of receiving your payment (cash on delivery: of your order). If a product page states a different date (e.g. pre-order), that date applies. Delivery time depends on the carrier. We email you the tracking number once the parcel is sent. Import duties or taxes outside the EU, if any, are paid by the buyer.

Digital products are available via a link in the email and on the order page as soon as payment is received.

If a parcel arrives damaged, please, where possible, have the courier write a damage report and let us know — it helps with the carrier's claim but is not a condition of your complaint to us.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product (for several products delivered separately — of receiving the last one).

  1. Before the deadline, send us a clear statement — the easiest way is an email to info@skratchorama.com (you can use the model form in section 7).
  2. Send the product back within 14 days of your statement to: Skratchorama, ul. Zdrojowa 29c/5, 87-720 Ciechocinek, Polska. You pay the cost of returning it. We don't accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
  3. We will refund all payments, including the cost of delivery to you (up to the cheapest delivery option we offer), within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent back.
  4. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

  • sealed records (sound recordings) that were unsealed after delivery (Art. 16(i) of Directive 2011/83/EU);
  • digital products (files), if before buying you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

7. Model withdrawal form

To: DAMIAN CHMIELEWSKI. SKRATCHORAMA. OSMIO WATER POLSKA., Skratchorama, ul. Zdrojowa 29c/5, 87-720 Ciechocinek, Polska, info@skratchorama.com
I/We hereby give notice that I/we withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods: …
Order number: … · Received on: …
Name: … · Address: …
Date: … · Signature (only if sent on paper): …

8. Complaints

We are liable for the conformity of goods with the contract for 2 years from delivery. If a product is faulty or not as described, email info@skratchorama.com with your order number, a description and, if possible, photos. We reply within 14 days.

You may ask for repair or replacement, and if that is impossible or fails — a price reduction or, for a significant non-conformity, withdrawal from the contract. We cover the cost of sending back products under a complaint — please contact us before sending.

9. Law and disputes

Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Consumers in Poland can get free help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the consumer authority UOKiK; consumers in other EU countries can contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.

10. Online course (Skratchorama Cuttin' School)

  • We sell access to video lessons split into levels (Basics, Advanced, Master) — separately or as a bundle — and review packs for your recordings. All one-time payments, no subscriptions. If you already own some levels, a bundle costs only the difference.
  • You need a free account to buy. An account is for one person — don't share it. We may suspend an account that is shared or used to copy the lessons.
  • The course is paid via Tpay (PLN) or PayPal (USD). You get access right after the payment is confirmed, for as long as the school operates.
  • The lessons are digital content. When buying you are asked to agree that access starts right away and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access starts (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Unused reviews from a review pack are refunded if you write within 14 days of purchase.
  • If something doesn't work (e.g. a lesson won't play), write to info@skratchorama.com — we reply within 14 days. Your statutory rights regarding non-conforming digital content are not affected.
  • The lessons are protected by copyright. You may watch them for your own practice; downloading, recording, sharing or reselling them is not allowed.

11. Changes

We may update these terms (e.g. when we add features). Changes don't affect orders already placed — each order records the version of the terms you accepted. See also our Privacy policy.
